About the event
Cardston & District Health Foundation is proud to invite you to the "Scramble for Health" on Saturday September 10th, 2022 at Lee Creek Valley Course in Cardston. All proceeds will suppost vital priorty equipment needs at Cardston Health Centre.
You can register as a team or individually by calling Lee Creek Valley Golf at 403-653-4198. Your entry fee of $100 includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental and dinner. Cheques (made payable to "Cardston & District Health Foundation") may be dropped off to Rosie Janisko at Cardston Health Centre, e-transferred to cardstonhf@gmail.com, or mailed to the Foundation at Box 1440 Cardston, AB T0K 0K0. Your registration is confirmed when payment is recieved.
Registration is limited to 25 teams, so don't delay! You'll want to be there for the 9:00 AM shotgun start and a great day or golfing and fun.
